Job Description: Under direction, is responsible for the business development of PMT within the assigned territory by identifying design opportunities at OEM for the portfolios of our Technologies Partners in the Radio Frequency & Power Conversion markets to attain sales and gross margin goals. The position has 100% customer account responsibility.

Qualification Requirements: Degree in engineering, 7 to 10 years of sales/marketing of electronics on pure demand creation model along with strong management skills. Experience in developing, maintaining and managing business at the highest-level including vendor relationships

- Manage Sales development and Market penetration across the assigned territory.
- Ability to promote high end electronic technologies and identify key opportunities on Demand Creation model.
- Grow and manage a solid demand creation funnel up to production.
- Develop sales and profit growth across the assigned territory.
- Maximize our line card value proposition via block diagram selling approach.
- Closely cooperates with our Technologies Partners & their representatives in implementing relevant strategies for growth.
- Analyze and evaluate sales and performance of customers in relation to forecasts, quota and potential.
- Define and implement an accounts penetration strategy.
- Be encountered for Annual Sales /margin and DOC goals achievement.
- Keep BU informed on market changes and trends relating to products in the industry.
- Attends and participates in sales meetings, trade shows and seminars as required and assigned.
- Prepare and submit all required reports, expenses, projections and budgets in a timely manner.
