We are seeking an Sr. Systems Analyst that will be responsible for collaborating with the key stakeholders to support multiple data initiatives throughout its lifecycle, perform source systems analysis for specific data goals.

What you will do:
  • Collaborate with the key stakeholders to support multiple data initiatives throughout its lifecycle.
  • Perform source system analysis aimed towards specific data goals.
  • Work with technical and business teams to define appropriate technical solutions.
  • Partner with data owners to understand business requirements and common reporting/analysis use cases.
  • Present and communicate requirements, findings and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Provides hands-on support to provision data from a variety of internal sources.
  • Build reporting and meta-data models to support strategic data initiatives.
  • Design complex reports and dashboards based on requirements.
  • Provide guidance and insight on BI development techniques and prototyping.
  • Promote and facilitate the development of self-service capabilities for the business in the access and reporting of data.
  • Contribute and engage business partners in Data Governance program.

What you need to have:
  • BS/BA and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Visualization, Data Warehousing.
  • 5+ years of business experience, with demonstrated project management skills.
  • 5+ years of experience reviewing and writing Technical & Business Requirements in relation to Business Intelligence, data Management or software development projects.
  • 5+ years using business intelligence & data tools to solve business problems.
  • Understanding of data models relevant to the business function supported as well as business drivers for reports and analytics.
  • Ability to build and run complex SQL queries.
  • Experience in data quality and data governance.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated background and proficiency with various BI tools, ETL platforms & databases.
  • Strong familiarity of the BI industry, vendors, products and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of project & program management techniques and tools.
  • Strong initiative, proactive and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to be flexible and to handle multiple projects in an organized and timely manner.
  • Ability to innovate and to effectively deal with rapid change in a positive manner.
  • Proven customer service and support focus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong communication. Demonstrated ability to collaborate, and contribute in a distributed team setting
  • Strong and demonstrated experience with: Oracle SQL, SnowSQL, Alteryx, etc.
  • Experience with Data Quality tools, data modeling concepts desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and methodologies.

  • Show empathy towards colleagues and be an active participant in all team activities.
