VP of Talent Acquisition

CORA Physical Therapy has an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) leader to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position.

The Opportunity:

The VP of Talent Acquisition is responsible for driving the growth and development of the CORA Talent Acquisition team in a manner consistent with CORA's mission, vision, and values. The VP of (TA) is expected to be an active player/coach with accountability for achieving established hiring targets by building and managing both direct talent acquisition activities and management of a team of internal talent acquisition specialists, in addition to external resources. The VP of TA will oversee the talent acquisition process, technology, and analytics as it pertains to the broader people and talent strategy at CORA. This leader ensures effective coordination between the Talent Acquisition team and Field Operations to develop a robust pipeline of clinical and non-clinical talent.

The VP of (TA) role will also provide guidance and mentorship to further develop talent acquisition capabilities, strategies, and initiatives to support growth. This position will implement scalable talent acquisition processes that balance efficiency and agility, and leverage data and insights to counsel hiring managers and business leaders regarding their hiring efforts.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical recruiting, and the ability to be extremely versatile in their role in order to meet the needs of the organization. This will require the ability to be strategic, as well as be an active, hands-on leader.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive the growth and development of the CORA Talent Acquisition team in a manner consistent with CORA's mission, vision, and values
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, technology, and analytics as it pertains to the broader people and talent strategy
  • Coordinate between the Talent Acquisition team and Field Operations to develop a robust pipeline of clinical and non-clinical talent
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to further develop talent acquisition capabilities, strategies, and initiatives to support growth
  • Implement scalable talent acquisition processes that balance efficiency and agility
  • Leverage data and insights to counsel hiring managers and business leaders regarding their hiring efforts
  • Achieve established hiring targets by building and managing both direct talent acquisition activities and management of a team of internal talent acquisition specialists, in addition to external resources

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution. Major course of study in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of healthcare Talent Acquisition experience, with a minimum of 5 years direct people management experience.
  • Previous record of success as a Talent Acquisition director or similar role
  • Demonstrable full cycle recruiting expertise and employer branding initiatives
  • Solid understanding of hiring and selection tools, including instrumentation
  • Experience designing and developing best-in-class talent acquisition and sourcing strategies in healthcare.
  • Track record of organizing and maintaining workflows and ability to follow-through on implementing hiring goals and objectives
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruiting systems
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, metrics, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
