Are you ready to design impactful experiences that drive engagement and revenue growth? Benevity is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to create memorable interactions with our target audience, elevate our brand, and contribute to meaningful customer relationships across the lifecycle.
Using curiosity, critical thinking, and project management skills, this role is an integral member of the team that produces frequent client and prospect events to generate awareness, support funnel progression, convert revenue, and create lifelong customer value. Our ideal candidate is skilled at partnering across the business and understands how to balance business outcomes and disruptive, experiential elements, and how events can serve as a high-impact marketing channel for growth. Added, has a deep knowledge of event details from a BEO and floorplan to the latest trends in activations, and will help us make our events best-in-class.

What you'll do:
Event Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, including both regional/field events and digital/physical branded forums to meet business objectives of creating brand awareness, driving pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and ultimately converting long-term revenue
- Lead the end-to-end management of events, including sourcing, planning, development, and execution, ensuring all logistics are managed and executed efficiently
- Create compelling event messaging and hero content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance
- Support the planning and execution of high-impact event calendar, ex: manage vendors and agencies, support content/agenda planning, coordinate ideal client/account profile networking opportunities, and create high-impact product and stakeholder engagement opportunities
- Establish KPIs for each event and analyze event performance against metrics to assess success; manage accountability with stakeholders to achieve KPIs; use data to optimize for future
- Coordinate with internal teams and provide consistent communication to the leadership team and core stakeholders to ensure alignment around objectives, logistics, and ROI
- Manage event budgets, ensuring all activities are within allocated resources
- Coordination of all assets, event promotion materials, etc to event sites
Campaign Integration:
- Partner with Demand Generation team on broader GTM campaign strategy, understanding target audiences, core product offerings/promotions, and calendar; leverage events as a channel to drive reach and frequency within target audience groups
- Support promotional planning, curating high-impact messaging, experiential CTAs, and proven tactics to enable target achievement of registration, attendance, and post-event revenue recognition
- Work with agility to curate meaningful, physical touchpoints to support sales; leverage high-performing campaign and thought leadership content with business need; appropriately target industries, personas, pipeline stages, etc. Measure the efficacy of efforts and target audience against ROI
What you'll bring:
- 6+ years experience in an event role supporting strategic global events and integrated marketing communication plans; 4+ years in B2B SaaS preferred
- A degree in marketing, an events management certificate, or a special event designation such as CMP, CSEP, CTSM or comparable experience
- Experience partnering closely with Sales leadership to develop and manage sponsored and hosted events, both live and virtual
- Excellent project management skills, strong ability to problem solve, multi-task and perform under tight timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high bar for quality
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, and a high level of creativity
- Attention to detail and experience using event design to engage all the senses and bring an event from great to outstanding
- Track record of establishing strong relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors to get the maximum value for our investment
- Must be able to travel to the US and Internationally to support key events
- Experience with cloud-based software including Salesforce, Marketo and Cvent an asset
