We are currently seeking a Business Unit ("BU") Controller for our Specialty Rolled Products operations. The SRP Controller will be based in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania and will report to the business unit's Senior Finance Director. This role is an instrumental piece of the annual business plan and strategic plan process; and in meeting all financial team deadlines to include month-end, quarter and year-end close duties, balance sheet management, forecasting, budgeting and reporting requirements.
As the BU Controller, you will be the "Go-To" resource for the Business Unit Senior Finance Director from a finance and compliance perspective and will have considerable interaction with and visibility to the entire Senior Leadership team. Additionally, the Controller will continuously evaluate systems and procedures to ensure that the operations of the department are being run in the most efficient and effective manner and aligned with company objectives. This role will involve thorough financial analytical reviews to identify cost savings and articulate real time trends in the business. Finally, the Controller will be responsible for leading a team to build our developing company culture in the areas of Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Billing/Credit, Accounts Payable/Receivable and Pricing.

- Build and maintain internal controls in a Sarbanes Oxley compliant organization. Managing the annual audit process, with both internal and external auditors and ensure internal controls are in place and operating effectively.
- Providing business unit management with needed financial information, analyses, and recommendations to make important business decisions
- Monitoring and reporting on the Cash Flow performance and needs of the company by providing estimates of funds generated by earnings, working capital efficiency, and Capital Expenditure requirements.
- Working closely with and leading the cross functional team to prepare timely and accurate monthly forecasts, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the Business Unit Senior Finance Director, Business Unit President and other senior leaders in performing their responsibilities.
- Continuous improvement of the financial processes through education of managers on financial issues impacting their forecasts, including identifying ways in which to minimize costs and maximize performance.
- Actively participate in cost avoidance and cost reduction efforts for business unit, reporting monthly savings.
- Leading and managing the team including talent development, performance management, hiring decisions, takes corrective action as necessary on a timely basis and in accordance established company policies and practices.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 8 years of relevant accounting experience to include a deep understanding of Cost Accounting principles within a public industrial manufacturing or services environment
- At least five (5) years of managerial experience required
- U.S. GAAP experience
Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)
- MBA with finance concentration
- CPA
- Experience managing within a multi-location ERP environment is highly desirable.

- Proven ability to generate and analyze income statement, balance sheet, revenue forecast and cash flow statements.
- Strong ability to drive detailed and tactical execution.
