Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Model Risk Management
- SME in model risk management, model validation
- In-depth experience with data analytics and governance in AI/ML-driven environments
- Industry experience in any of the following: Banking, Asset Management, Wealth Management
- Strong proficiency in programming languages
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and their application in model risk management
- Experience in data management, ensuring quality and integrity in large datasets
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $140-190k (based on experience)
- Annual bonus: 25-30% (based on company and employee performance)
