Responsibilities : - Lead the financial operations team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP FICO systems, focusing on Product Costing and Internal Orders. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. - Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. - Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals. - Support the development and execution of financial plans and initiatives. - Provide training and support to team members on SAP FICO systems and financial processes. - Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed. - Utilize SC Intelligence and Planning skills to enhance financial decision-making. - Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and systems. -Qualifications - Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in financial management and SAP FICO systems. - Demonstrate expertise in SAP FICO Product Costing and Internal Orders. - Have experience in SC Intelligence and Planning within the consumer goods sector. - Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Hold a relevant certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting with SAP ERP. - Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to financial management. - Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. - Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Be proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. - Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor a financial operations team. - Be adept at using financial software and tools to drive business success.
