Job Title: Full-Stack Developer (React & Mobile)

Location: Remote (Preference for Latin America CST or Philippines time zones)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and focus on building a robust, user-friendly family assistant app using React and mobile technologies. This role is ideal for a self-motivated developer with leadership potential who's excited about both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the mobile app UI/UX, primarily using React Native
• Develop and manage backend processes, focusing on secure login/registration, authentication, and database integration
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the team, led by the founder
• Collaborate on designing and implementing features using the company's collaborative AI framework
• Take ownership of both mobile and future web application development as the project grows
• Work flexibly, ensuring a few hours of overlap with the US Pacific time zone

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: Mid to senior level, with a preference for senior developers
• Frontend: Proficiency in React and React Native for mobile development
• Backend: Strong understanding of backend development, including user authentication, login/registration systems, and database management
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead projects independently and drive decisions effectively
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to work in a collaborative environment
• Interest in AI: Familiarity or interest in AI and frameworks like Langchain is a plus but not required
• Timezone Compatibility: Ability to work with US Pacific time overlap (open to candidates in Latin America or the Philippines)
