Department: Supportive Housing Program - Union County
Salary: $90,000/annual
Location: Union, NJ
Work hours: Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm) - Full time- 40 hours' weekly
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Administratively responsible for the overall function of at least four Bridgeway Community Support Services housing teams (Supportive Housing/RIST), including the achievement of positive outcomes for persons receiving CSS services, appropriate utilization and management of staff and agency resources, continued high quality of treatment, and person-centered psychiatric rehabilitation and support. Evaluate the needs of assigned teams and persons receiving services, and continually improve team performance and services. Promote positive relationships with other community service organizations and community resources. Ensure that the assigned teams are adhering to all applicable rules and regulations. Is an active member of the Bridgeway Senior Management Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related area required
- Clinical license preferred
- Seven years paid progressive work experience in MH required with at least 5 years in community MH and at least three years of supervisory experience:
- Valid driver's license required with no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months
