Job Title: Executive Assistant

Compensation: $85,000-$95,000

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a top-level executive in a

dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves performing a wide range of administrative

tasks, with a focus on optimizing the executive's time and performance while ensuring daily activities

run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the executive's calendar: schedules and confirms appointments, arranges for meeting rooms or facilities, makes and confirms travel plans.
  • Prepare or draft emails, reports, documents and presentations.
  • Attend meetings with the executive, and take, transcribe and distribute notes.
  • Prepare and analyze internal business reports such as sales, costs, pricing, food waste, inventory, etc.
  • Assist the team with transporting goods to/from the corporate office, restaurants, or Suppliers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Arrange venues, equipment, catering, accommodations, and travel for team members.
  • Assist executives in following up with internal and external stakeholders when requested.
  • Order and properly account for supplies for the corporate office or restaurants.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level preferred
  • 4 - 6 years of related experience
  • Eager to learn and develop in the foodservice or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks under minimal supervision
  • Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of administrative support best practices
  • Strong business writing skills preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Positive and professional attitude
