Strategic Planning Analyst - International Programs Division

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing and updating multiple databases, as well as action tracker management to include creation, maintenance and stakeholder follow up.
• Creating, managing, and participating in numerous International Program meetings, to include presentation development and meeting execution.
• International Stakeholder management and relationship building - point of contact for relationships from a Program Management perspective
• Developing trip reports for travel across the International Programs Division.
• Updating International Strategy in regard to engagement in the International Community. This will include analyzing current international engagements, making recommendations for prioritization, as well as engaging with multiple stakeholders both in the USA and Internationally.
• Exposure to International experience, FMS, etc. is desired. This will help with understanding international relationships, work products needed etc.

Qualifications

• Experience working with international stakeholders and programs
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience
• Ability to support three days a week onsite at the Navy Yard
• The ability to support occasional travel
• An active Secret security clearance
