Connor Clark & Lunn Financial Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment within a project team engaged on the delivery of middle and back office operational enhancements including the delivery of new software platforms.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $88,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.

What You Will Do
- Produce financial models (using Excel and Smartsheet) of varying complexity, including but not limited to detailed transfer pricing, project financials, pro-forma projections and the creation of operational performance metrics and KPIs
- Assist with project financial communications to internal stakeholders
- Assist with preparation of presentation and pitch materials for new business programs of work
- Prepare research pieces for special events and presentations
- Assist with the daily management and workflow of the project pipeline
- Assist in ad-hoc work as required
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Economics, Business Finance and/or Accounting with a strong record of academic achievement and demonstrated quantitative skills
- A CPA designation is an asset; individuals actively pursuing CPA designation will be considered
- Strong understanding of financial concepts; an understanding of capital markets and/or investment management products and processes would be an asset
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
- Superior grammar and business writing skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tool (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and within a team on a wide variety of projects
- Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload
- Professional, entrepreneurial, high-energy individual, with aptitude to learn new concepts and software
- Prior work experience in capital markets or investment management would be considered an asset
