Kenco Hydraulics, a Singer Industrial Company, is searching for a General Manager to lead our team in Hatfield, PA.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time, on-site role. As a General Manager, you will oversee and lead the daily operations of this location. Our goal is that you ensure the effective and successful collaboration of cross functional teams in a results-driven environment. You will manage and mentor the various teams, establish and maintain customer/vendor relationships, and work closely with the executive team to develop and implement the business requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Achieve profitable business performance while driving excellent customer satisfaction
Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and professional growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations and service excellence
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding and meeting their needs
Effectively communicate with all employees driving trust, transparency, and a high-performance culture
Drive continuous improvement in processes and services, adhering to industry standards
Direct the operations of distribution, packaging, and transportation to achieve company objectives and meet customer expectations
Evaluate overall operations and develop short and long-term goals to meet organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with all company, customer, and government regulatory requirements
Maximizes quality and productivity by understanding and mastering all job standards for each function and evaluating performance variances to identify root cause, corrective action, and training needs
Participates in the collection of performance measurements per customer, vendor and/or site requirements
Follow corporate and site-specific safety policies and procedures, and correct noncompliance when observed
Know and be capable of communicating safety policies and procedures to all employees as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
Associate degree or higher
5+ years of experience in management (preferably in industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment)
3+ years of experience in inventory or supply chain management
Experience in leading a team within industrial manufacturing, warehouse, distribution center or large retail environments
Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional work environment
Experience building and maintaining cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to drive Associate engagement, assess & develop talent, continue learning, with focus on customers and deliver results
Must be able to work flexible hours necessary to meet customer and management expectations, and respond after normal work hours, when necessary
Work Shift:
Monday - Friday 8am -5pm, must have availability on weekends as needed.
