We are seeking a detail-oriented and bi-lingual Project Manager to oversee bathroom remodeling projects in this dynamic new market. This role focuses on planning, executing, monitoring, and closing out projects while ensuring complete homeowner satisfaction. The Project Manager will be instrumental in ensuring quality control, managing installation crews, and driving timely project completion. Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Plan, execute, monitor, control the budget, collect payments, and close out bathroom remodeling projects.
• Daily Inspections: Conduct routine visits and inspections to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, setting clear project expectations, answering questions, and providing updates.
• Quality Control: Oversee installation quality, ensure materials meet project requirements, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project details, field changes, and customer communications in the CRM system.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments from homeowners and ensure accurate reporting with accounting.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with installation crews, sales consultants, and scheduling coordinators to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Training and Support: Lead ongoing training for installers, participate in production meetings, and provide actionable feedback to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary vocational or technical school diploma preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in large-scale home remodeling or project management preferred. Experience with bathroom remodeling projects is a must.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, CRM systems, and PPE procedures, as well as, strong customer service, time management, and excellent communication skills.
• Language Skills: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 60 lbs. consistently and stand for extended periods.
• Driver's License: Must have a valid license and a good driving record.
