THE JOB
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you play a crucial role in our agency's success by overseeing the full cycle recruitment function. Your primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through the recruitment pipeline. THE JOB
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you play a crucial role in our agency's success by overseeing the full cycle recruitment function. Your primary responsibilities include sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through the recruitment pipeline. - A Strategic Talent Acquisition Leader: You design and execute recruiting strategies that maintain a competitive edge while building pipelines of top-tier talent.

- A Skilled Project Manager: You organize, document, and streamline workflows, seamlessly managing the recruitment pipeline and internship programs.
- A Compliance Champion: You ensure adherence to employment regulations, safeguarding organizational integrity and mitigating risk.
- A Relationship Builder: You collaborate closely with hiring managers, fostering trust and delivering on staffing needs.
- A Communication Expert: You deliver clarity and confidence at every stage of the hiring process, from candidate outreach to offer negotiations.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Shape the agency's recruiting strategy to maintain our competitive advantage and appropriately allocate resources.
- Prioritize Thesis's DEI goals by actively seeking diverse talent and fostering an environment that values and promotes diversity in candidate selection and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and lead The Script x Thesis summer internship program.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment classifications, including exempt/non-exempt statuses, independent contractors, and temporary hires.
- Use recruitment tools to source and uncover the most qualified candidates.
- Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
- Create, maintain, and document workflow and organizational systems.
- Maintain candidate and employee data integrity.
- Schedule all rounds of interviews for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide clear expectations of the roles each panel member plays within the hiring process.
- Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure over-delivery on their staffing needs.
- Educate Senior Leadership to make effective staffing decisions.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
- 3+ years experience full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience filling Creative, Account Management, and Executive level roles.
- Strong understanding of hiring best practices and HR compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to deal with sensitive, confidential, and urgent issues.
- Proficient in using an applicant tracking system, preferably ADP.
- Strong Google Workspace skills.
- Basic knowledge of Airtable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Using standard office equipment, computers, and related technology.
- Certain activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
- Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- NO/MINIMAL/OCCASIONAL travel is anticipated for this role.
- Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model (i.e., work occurs remotely 2 days/week and in the office 3 days/week). Employees should consult their department Director or Head for specific team frameworks, protocols, and guidelines.
- As a proud B-Corp, Thesis prioritizes candidates based in the Portland Metro area to allow for a hybrid working set-up in our beautiful office in NW Portland.
