- The RPA Contractor will report into the Information Security Department and will work with the User Access Management Team, specifically the SailPoint Administrators.
- They will be designing, building, testing and implementing workflows utilizing Automation Anywhere.
- The BOT accounts will be downloading user files from various applications, reformatting according to preconfigured specs, and saving to a location for ingestion into SailPoint.
- This person will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the workflows, and troubleshooting and remediating any issues that arise.
- They will be required to create and maintain documentation for all workflows. They may be called upon to do code walkthroughs for internal and/or external auditors.
- They would engaging in RTC frameworks, best practices, etc. for code development
