The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will oversee the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our mission of delivering exceptional oral surgery care.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's growth goals and organizational needs.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process for clinical, administrative, and executive-level roles.
  • Ensure the use of best practices, tools, and technologies to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts diverse, top-quality talent.
  • Partner with executive leadership to assess staffing needs, forecast future talent demands, and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and internal data to identify opportunities for workforce optimization.
  • Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the talent acquisition strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and operations teams to ensure alignment on recruitment priorities and workforce goals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on recruitment-related matters, providing insights and guidance to senior leadership.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and talent acquisition metrics to the executive team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in healthcare or a related industry.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
