Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) is an exciting, rapidly growing organization responsible for operating our cloud infrastructure for Cloud & Artificial Intelligence (C+AI). We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive the development, implementation and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, technical solutions and processes that enable scalability. This position will collaborate with the leadership team, multiple partner teams, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to plan, monitor, execute, and drive continuous improvements in key processes and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, technical solutions, and processes to enable scalability.
- Collaborate with the leadership team, multiple partner teams, engineering teams, and other key stakeholders to plan, monitor, and execute key processes and strategies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of business operations.
- Utilize technical expertise to identify and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Conduct strategic planning to align program goals with organizational objectives and customer demands.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive integration and orchestration efforts for large and complex projects.
- Monitor progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Engage in active risk management to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- 2+ years experience in datacenter related engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent industry experience.
- Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma, or ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
- Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies, including leading Scrum teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
