Microsoft Sharepoint Developer

ECS is seeking a Microsoft Sharepoint Developer to work in our Remote office.

ECS is seeking a full time SharePoint Developer. The SharePoint developer shall work closely with our federal stakeholders to gather and vet requirements against ongoing system development, maintenance, and design. The SharePoint Developer shall provide architecture, development, and administration.

We need a SharePoint developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify and implement system improvements using experience with configuration and web development to build custom modules. You'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000

• BA/BS Degree
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint development/administration.
• Experience with MS SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power apps and Sintel (or related) forms and workflows.
• Functions as a developer across multiple project teams or business units (where appropriate), while serving as a key coordinator to develop and implement new initiatives
• Experience with gathering requirements and converting it into a business solution based on customer's request
• Design and implement site architecture (Hubs, Communication Sites, Team Sites).
• Participates in team and customer interactions to analyze, design, and document SharePoint solutions and architecture suited to specific business needs and processes
• Experience with SharePoint Designer
• Working experience with SharePoint object models and design patterns.
• Experience with building SharePoint applications, content types, custom forms, workflows, web parts.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment and flexibility in a dynamic working environment.
• Experience handling taxonomy, metadata, and site mapping.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot functional or technical problems related to content management applications, document management systems and user access administration
• Skilled in consistently delivering exceptional customer service related to troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including explaining technical and program requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must possess research capabilities for solution implementation.
