Hiring Manager: Divisional HR Manager, Northern Corrugator

Requirements, Education, and Experience

5-10 years' experience as a HR generalist or HR Manager.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Computer literate (proficient in MS Word, MS Excel)

BS degree in HR Management or related field preferred

Manufacturing experience preferred

Preferred SPHR or PHR certification

Official Duties and Responsibilities

Direct all phases of the Human Resources function including recruitment, onboarding, performance & talent management, engagement and other related people initiatives or programs.

Investigate employee relations issues, including hotline reports, with focus on timely resolution.

Administer all employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, FMLA, vacation, paid leaves

Serve as primary contact to the local management team.

Maintain and administer any records or personnel files as required by state and federal laws.

Maintain and analyze metrics related to absenteeism, retention, and other HR KPI's.

Assist with processing biweekly payroll.

Balance multiple commitments in fast paced environment

Participate in daily/weekly meetings, acting as point of contact and HR Business Partner.

Additional duties as assigned by management.

Technical Skills

Computer literacy (MS Office including Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Proficient knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations

Preferred Candidates will have experience with ADP and other HRIS's.

Physical Demands

Employee is regularly required to walk and talk and hear, sit and stand.

Vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment can be, at times, loud.

Range of pay based on experience 85-90K
