Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually

Director of Business Development calls on referral sources to develop referral relationships and maintain customer satisfaction. They coordinate and develop marketing activities and promotional events representing the Facility, also makes presentations to highlight comprehensive family driven, youth guided services offered by the Facility. Responsible for tracking contacts and develops marketing plan to maintain consistent relationships with referral sources.

Key Skills:

• Performs Community Based referral development activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to conduct quality one on one community relations and referral development calls.
• Demonstrates the ability to think and plan strategically when prioritizing accounts for follow-up.
• Recommends, coordinates, and schedules all vendor fairs for the facility.
• Collects referral satisfaction data quarterly and analyses trends in order to improve services.
• Quickly establishes rapport with potential referral sources.

Job Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Business Development, Marketing, Publishing, or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical setting, sales, or publishing.
• Must have knowledge of the medical market.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must possess the ability to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of referral sources in various settings.
• Ability to create and implement effective marketing plan. Microsoft Office Applications/Software
• Travel required
