What will you do as a Cloud Software Engineer:
As a member of our software engineering team, you will play a key role in developing existing applications as well as modernization efforts of products responsible for processing over $3 billion worth of transactions. This is a hybrid remote/onsite position. This position is primarily dedicated to engineering enhancements across ITI's full software portfolio, not support, since we have a full complement of call center staff and nationwide technicians who respond to production support issues.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain cloud forward applications in an efficient, reusable, and reliable manner
- Distill requirements and design objectives and goals from existing code, diagrams, interfaces, forms, and documentation
- Design, build and maintain modernization efforts of existing code projects
- Present technical solutions and participate in architecture and design reviews
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Stay informed of failures and complications related to cloud offerings, especially during legacy system migration
- Identify bottlenecks and devise scalable solutions to these problems
- Help maintain code quality, organization, documentation, and automation
- Ability to maintain relationships within a high performing team
Qualifications
- Easy going, team player who enjoys being part of a great culture committed to continuous learning
- 7+ years of hands-on C# development in Visual Studio
- 3+ years of experience developing in the cloud, with an emphasis on Microsoft Azure
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Knowledge of Azure Table Storage
- Experience with web services & internal libraries
- Experience with unit testing and/or automated testing preferred
- Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, and Azure preferred
- Contribution to the development of project artifacts throughout the system development life cycle
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
