Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive, professional relationships with field personnel, management, and outside agencies throughout all phases of construction.
- Conduct audits of all crews to identify unsafe work conditions and practices; recognize safe work practices and reinforce them.
- Document and communicate findings from site audits, including improvements and safety recommendations.
- Review and audit the training records of all field personnel.
- Implement federal, state, local, and site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the development of accident briefs, safety publications, bulletins, and reports.
- Assist in the creation of Site-Specific Safety Plans and lead safety meetings.
- Ensure client/owner safety requirements are met and that our clients comply with these standards.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (Required).
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification (Required).
- CHST or OSHA 500 certification (Preferred)
- Relevant safety experience in the construction or general industry.
- Computer Skills:
- Proficient in basic word processing and spreadsheet creation.
- Capable of using email, internet, and other relevant digital tools.
