What You Will Accomplish (KPIs):
- Deliver measurable ROI through successful execution of incentive programs and campaigns within the first year.
- Achieve significant improvements in sales enablement tool adoption and field engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with analytics and strategy teams to identify and close performance gaps, driving sustained sales growth.
- Program Leadership: Oversee strategic initiatives like the Rising Leaders Retreat, Convention Contest, and PlexusGo App to enhance team performance and engagement.
- Incentive Management: Design, execute, and analyze sales incentive programs to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align the sales and marketing calendar with strategic priorities.
- Sales Enablement: Implement tools and training initiatives that empower the sales team and streamline processes, contributing to an innovative and effective sales environment.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior sales leaders to identify and implement process improvements that elevate overall organizational performance.
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to lead and inspire sales operations teams, with 3+ years in management roles within Direct Selling (5+ years preferred).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated experience in identifying and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance sales performance and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong skills in analyzing performance data to optimize sales strategies and programs.
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
- Industry Expertise: At least 8 years of experience in sales operations, with a focus on direct selling and managing high-impact sales teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales enablement tools, incentive program management, and collaborative technologies.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet critical business demands.
