Job Description:
- Support the Purview ERM solution implementation, ensuring smooth operations and user assistance.
- Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure related to RIM to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Ensure security standards and compliance requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
- Must have at least 5+ years working with Microsoft Purview/Records Management implementation.
