- Provide leadership, coordination, and support to the President and Executive Management Team
- Lead Project Management team by directing mission-critical initiatives
- Advance efficiency in use of data and information to drive decisions and establish practices and protocols
- Foster collaboration between field supervision and project management teams
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Coordinate different teams to promote exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
- Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and mentoring
- Provide performance management, process improvement, and leadership to the Project Management team
- Anticipate which project decisions need to be prioritized and provide guidance on appropriate escalation
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Participate in long-term, strategic planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals and guide the mission
- Communicate with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
- Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Identify opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market
- Meet with project teams on a monthly basis to review site issues and project controls, including schedule and cost compliance
- In coordination with senior management, make recommendations for staffing needs and participate in interviews of eligible candidates
- Routinely review and update policies and procedures for effective project management

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- At least 8 years' experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager or similar
