The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Kendo Total Rewards offerings also include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental and vision insurance, flex paid time off program, parental leave, employee discount/perks, a retirement plan with employer contributions, Summer Fridays, opportunity to work from anywhere for two weeks in the summer and July and December wellness/shutdown weeks for applicable positions.

Summary
The Senior Tax Associate will report directly to the Director of Tax. This role will support the Tax Department at Kendo and LVMH in managing and maintaining Kendo's corporate tax functions. This includes the areas of income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and quarterly and annual tax reporting.

Summary
The Senior Tax Associate will report directly to the Director of Tax. This role will support the Tax Department at Kendo and LVMH in managing and maintaining Kendo's corporate tax functions. This includes the areas of income tax, sales and use tax, property tax, and quarterly and annual tax reporting.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Director of Tax and the LVMH Tax team on projects including:
- Quarterly tax reporting to parent company, LVMH
- Research and development tax credit projects
- Responding to state and local audit requests
- Federal, state, and Canada income tax compliance support
- Intercompany tax reporting
- Monthly sales tax returns review
- Monthly tax payment entries
- Tax account reconciliations
- Other projects throughout the year
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience required
- 3+years of tax experience required
- Advanced knowledge of tax and accounting concepts
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Approaches projects with critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to receive feedback with a growth mindset
