Job Title: Service Center Operations Manager

Location: Bridgeport, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the Service Center.
• Manage and direct various teams including Cost Estimation, Project Coordination, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Collaborate with the sales network to achieve budget targets.
• Coordinate with other Service Centers to support cost reduction programs.
• Secure strategic alliances aligned with Sulzer's objectives.
• Participate in special studies and analyses.
• Support company-wide safety and Total Quality Management (TQM) programs.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in operations, planning, finance, and marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 2 years of experience with pumps or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to foster a team environment.
