Highline Public Schools is seeking a Tier II Technician to join our Technology Services department!

SUMMARY: The position of Tier II Technician Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs or updates computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals at client location or within the Department's offices. Installs and troubleshoots network hardware and peripherals, where assigned. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces software systems according to end user requirements. Primarily supports administrative operations of the District by working directly with the Building Contact, Tier I Technicians, Systems group and networking vendors to achieve the desired result.

This position contributes to the fulfillment of the District's Technology Services Goals; the mission of the Department of Digital Transformation is to lead the technology initiatives of HPS while providing a high quality, dynamic technology environment. This position supports the mission of the District and the Academics and Operations Divisions by providing unparalleled service, comprehensive communications capabilities, and efficient use of resources, which empowers students and staff to achieve and perform at their maximum potential.
