• Crownsville, MD - Teen Residential Treatment Facility
• Towson, MD - Teen & Young Adult Oupatient Treatment Facility
• North Bethesda, MD - Teen & Young Adult Oupatient Treatment Facility

Schedule: Variable Schedule Required

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 (Dependent on Licensure)

About the Job:

As a therapist at Sandstone Care, you will play a vital role in our mission. You will:

• Provide high-quality and empathic therapy to individuals and groups, addressing the root causes client's substance use and mental health diagnosis.
• Facilitate engaging and effective clinical groups, covering topics such as coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring that each client receives the best possible carend achieves their recovery goals.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a master's degree in a Behavioral Health Science required (clinical social work, clinical psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related field)

Training & Experience:

• Required to be a licensed clinician in the state of Maryland(LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) Provisional Licensed will also be considered (LGPC,LSW,LGMFT)
• Previous experience with treating mental health conditions is required;
• Preferred experience with a treatment facility in residential, partial hospitalization (PHP), and/or intensive outpatient (IOP) settings.
