RN- Emergency Department - for hospital up to $128,856.00 plus benefits

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Administering patient care and treatments
• Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes
• Documenting patient care in the medical record
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing emotional support to patients and their families

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 6 months of hire
• Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire
• National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
• National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
• 1 year of Nursing experience
