Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedcandidate to join our parts sales team as a Regional Parts Manager. This roleemphasizes building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationshipswith our distributors and end-users, which will require up to 75% travel withinthe Permian Basin. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients,ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities to drive growth inour parts sales group. Working cross-functionally with engineering and otherregional teams, you will help deliver solutions that align with customerexpectations and company objectives. A solid understanding of business financeand market trends is needed in this customer-facing role. If you are passionateabout delivering value to clients while leveraging your technical expertise andbusiness acumen, while also residing within the West Texas / Permian Basinregion, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or arelated field, required
  • Proven experience in gas compression, mechanicalsystems, or a similar industrial environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, andrelationship management skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functionalteams, particularly engineering groups
  • Experience in business finance, planning, andsales strategy development
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational andproblem-solving abilities
