IT Project Manager/Business Analyst - with Billing Systems Experience

IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. This individual will manage various IT projects from requirements gathering to deployment, leveraging agile methodologies. The ideal candidate has experience in billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce projects and is adept at coordinating offshore and internal development teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis:


o Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
o Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.
o Collaborate with developers, testers, and UX designers to align deliverables with requirements.
o Facilitate stakeholder workshops, demos, and sign-offs.
Team interaction:
o Work with offshore development team based in India, ensuring clear communication and task prioritization.
o Coordinate with internal developers, UX designers, and testers to meet project objectives.
Technical Focus:
o Oversee projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and Salesforce implementations/enhancements.
o Understand technical constraints and dependencies to guide project execution effectively.
Reporting and Communication:
o Maintain project documentation, including status reports, issue logs, and risk mitigation plans.

Qualifications
Experience:


o Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT business analysis.
o Proven experience managing projects involving billing systems, .NET applications, and/or Salesforce platforms.
o Experience working with offshore teams and managing distributed resources.
Skills:
o Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
o Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
o Proficiency in creating detailed project documentation, workflows, and user stories.
Preferred Certifications:
o PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
o Salesforce Admin or related certification (preferred but not required).
