The Tactical Systems Team, within the C4ISR Business Area, is seeking a highly motivated Program Finance Manager II to join Project Finance team. The Tactical Systems portfolio consists of >200 active contracts of multiple program types. Annual revenue is excess of $350M. Contracts supported range in size from (less than $2M to $100M) and have varying levels of complexity and the portfolio contains both production and development contracts.
Preference is employee is located in NH with travel required to the Greenlawn, NY location, or located in Greenlawn NY.

Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct supervision activities, including completion of performance goals and reviews, assigning work scope to employees and ensuring employees operate according to company policies and procedures
- Promote the professional development for six Financial Analysts and foster a collaborative culture that sustains the momentum around employee engagement, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Ensure team fully understands their roles and impact on financial results
- Financial oversight of the forecasting, Estimate at Complete preparation, External financial reporting and Earned Value Management compliance
- Ensuring on time and accurate financial reporting for responsible programs
- Providing financial guidance to the Program Management Teams
- Collaborate with Accounting, Pricing, Government Compliance, and Financial Planning
- Financial Planning, in Hyperion for Quarterly and Integrated Business Plan (IBP) updates
- Providing analytical data and recommendations for required improvement
- Providing and interpreting data as required for contract accounting activities
- Performing resource management planning, ensuring maximum utilization of personnel and equipment
- Assisting with special projects and internal and external audits
