What Youll Do:
As the Global Supply Manager, you will own the complete end-to-end lifecycle of Archers external supply chain. You will maximize the value delivered by Archers supply base through strategic development, negotiation, and delivery of core technologies across our aircraft. Global Supply Managers sit at the interface between Archers product teams and the industries that enable our groundbreaking vision, managing relationships at every level to ensure successful partnerships with best-in-class suppliers. Engage directly with executive leadership on strategic initiatives
Source and mature the strategic supply base for core enabling technologies
Lead cost and contract negotiations to increase the value delivered to Archer
Manage commercial relationships and develop strategic partnerships
Drive supplier on-time delivery to enable industry-leading production schedules
Ensure accountability for on-quality delivery to prevent supply chain disruptions
Deliver cross-functional implementation of innovative cost savings and avoidance strategies
Work with cross-functional leaders to continuously evolve policies and procedures, enhancing organizational efficiency
Travel: 10 - 20%
What You Need:
An insatiable curiosity and a keen attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and highly-regulated environment
Ability to cut through ambiguity and detail limitations to make concrete and sound decisions
Strong executive communication and internal/external negotiation skills
Thorough understanding of supply chain management and high-volume supply contracts
Automotive and/or Aerospace industry negotiation expertise
Solid analytical and computer skills (excel/sheets, word/docs, powerpoint/slides)
BS/BA and 8+ years of experience, or MBA/MS and 5+ years of experience
Bonus Qualifications:
Training in presentation and communication skills
APICS Certification

At Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business. We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Companys business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $124,800 - $170,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
