Summary:
- We are seeking a mid-level IVR/Genesys Developer to support internal systems and workflows. This role requires a local candidate to work on-site three days a week from Newark, New Jersey. The successful candidate will join a dynamic IT team responsible for enhancing internal infrastructure, supporting ongoing projects, and working with stakeholders across departments to ensure smooth operations and customizations.
Responsibilities -
- Design and development of Genesys pure engage
- Genesys cloud-based IVR Call flow, routing application development
- Experience in various contact center platforms and Java-based applications
- Engage in the end-to-end requirement gathering process with the client for design sign-off.
- Design and develop IVR flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Develop architect applications and integrate them with third-party solutions.
- Develop, design, and integrate third-party APIs with Genesys products has context menu
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in IVR Design and Development (Genesys) and Custom Application Development
- Genesys Certified Developer
- Genesys Certified Specialist
- Genesys Certified Professional
- AWS Cloud Practitioner
