What You'll Do
- Revenue Generation: Increase speed and predictability of customer revenue generation once contracts are signed
- Account Management: Own the sales process at each new customer site, starting from contract signing through to launch and first revenue generation
- Customer Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance onboarding experience, improving customer satisfaction and retention through the sales process
- Workflow and Implementation: Oversee workflow development, IT integration, billing automation, and claims tracking processes for customer sites
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key hospital clients, including clinical champions, IT departments, and billing teams
- Customer Health Monitoring: Track and monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing any issues to ensure a positive experience
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure customer goals align with Ultromics' objectives
- Customer Reviews and Success Metrics: Conduct regular reviews with hospital clients to ensure they are achieving their goals and receiving value, working alongside the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to expand Ultromics' presence, whether by onboarding new sites within a healthcare system or increasing service penetration at existing sites
- Follow good information governance practices throughout this job role and ensure compliance with Ultromics' information security and data protection policies in all applicable assigned tasks
- This list of duties is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be asked to carry out other duties through discussion with their line manager.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum BS/BA required
- Minimum of 5 years in hospital CVIS, IT integration, or payer billing, working as a provider in hospital settings (Cardiology AI, CVIS, IT, Billing), or with experience at a startup or Fortune 500 IT vendor
- Deep understanding of hospital CVIS, IT integration, and payer billing workflows
- Proven ability to navigate key accounts, demonstrate strategic thinking, and manage complex client relationships
- Adept at developing strategies to overcome challenges and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Ability to leverage internal and external resources to accomplish objectives efficiently
- Skilled in influencing customer decisions and driving implementation, particularly in complex healthcare environments
- Proven ability to gain buy-in and maintain relevance even when not the largest or most critical IT project
- Experience introducing first-in-class products, services, or workflows to the market
- Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency in meeting objectives
- Emotional intelligence to navigate complex selling processes and maintain influence with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to serve as an ambassador of Ultromics, promoting its value proposition and innovative solutions

Compensation:
- Base:$110k-125k (Depends on experience level and open to experience level)
- Total Compensation with variable: 225k-250k OTE
