Description:
A Medical Services Provider is hiring a Chief Revenue Cycle Officer. This role will be responsible for all functions that contribute to the capture, management, and collection of service revenues .The CRO is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a properly functioning revenue cycle process through a cross-department and vendor utilization structure. These functional areas act interdependently before, during, and after a patient visit, contributing critical information required for clinical service and procuring payment. The CRO concentrates resources on supporting core care delivery and protecting the assets of the organization.

Compensation: $200,000-$220,000

Responsibilities:
- Management of multi-state Revenue Cycle Management operations
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of key revenue cycle decisions
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance revenue cycle performance
- Identification and implementation of initiatives to streamline processes and capture process efficiencies
- Work cross-functionally to execute on collections initiatives to improve reimbursement and reduce A/R
- Establish Vendor benchmarks and management oversight
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a for-profit healthcare setting
- Analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to understand complex reimbursement structures, and the ability to apply contractual and governmental regulations to billing processes
- Vendor Management experience (e.g. advisory, software, billing management, etc.)
- Knowledge of insurance billing, collections and revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of and experience with automated Electronic Health Records, billing systems and revenue cycle management.
- Strong Excel skills for purposes of creating reports required by executive leadership and physicians
- Process improvement experience required
Compensation: $200,000-$220,000
