This is a hybrid position based out of our Johnston, IA office.

What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Sr. Manager, Hybrid & Automation Technology to join our leadership team. In this role, you will manage the utilization of hybrid infrastructure and services with an emphasis on automated based technologies across the enterprise.

What you'll do:

• Manage assigned staff and provide for their training and development related to their job responsibilities. Conduct timely performance reviews and salary administration. Assist in the training and guidance of staff members. Work closely with these individuals by preparing goals, mentoring, and sharing product and industry knowledge in order to meet budget and individual goals established by the department and company goals.
• Confer with and advise staff on standards, operating policies and procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods.
• Provide infrastructure leadership when assessing viability and consumption of hybrid services and solutions.
• Plan innovative new systems and enhance present telecommunications, online and batch infrastructure systems to increase capabilities and effectiveness.

What you need:

• Minimum of five years of experience directly managing teams and personnel.
• Strong knowledge of IT security best practices. Knowledge of hybrid infrastructure, web, and third party application technologies is preferred.
• Excellent communications skills, problem solving aptitude, project management, budgeting and forecasting skills.
