Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Demand Forecasting Models: Enhance and maintain machine learning models used for demand forecasting, ensuring the latest projections are shared with Cadillac leadership.
  • Voice of the Customer (VoC) Experience: Leverage VoC data to understand customer needs, analyze feedback, and incorporate these insights into retail strategy and decision-making.
  • Incentive Tactics Analysis: Manage and improve the Offer Intelligence Python program that aggregates data to provide insights into various incentive tactics.
  • Tableau Dashboard Management: Regularly update and maintain Tableau dashboards to ensure key data is easily accessible for decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc Reporting: Address ad-hoc analysis requests, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to support strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within Cadillac Sales Operations and across GM to gather requirements, solve problems, and present findings in a clear and effective manner.
  • Insights & Strategic Direction: Drive valuable data insights, identifying opportunities to optimize retail strategy and improve business performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience using data to solve problems, create visualizations, and build predictive models.
  • Python is a MUST: Expertise in Python is essential for maintaining machine learning models, developing automation processes, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools to create actionable insights and reports.
  • Strong experience with SQL and data architecture.
  • Advanced analytical skills with a deep understanding of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop/Hive/Spark.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
