Senior Project Manager

Position Summary: The Senior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to meet evolving business needs. This role requires deep knowledge of Salesforce features and best practices, with a focus on enhancing user productivity, maintaining system integrity, and leading Salesforce-related initiatives. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and drive system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Administration:
  • Manage and configure the Salesforce platform, including custom objects, fields, workflows, page layouts, and record types.
  • Oversee user management, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Create and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • System Optimization:
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient workflows, approval processes, and automation to enhance business operations.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and implement relevant updates to the system.
  • Project Leadership:
  • Lead Salesforce-related projects, from initial scoping and requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with developers, consultants, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and features.
  • Data Management:
  • Oversee data management tasks, including data migration, data quality, and data governance practices.
  • Implement and enforce data validation rules, duplicate management, and data cleanup processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Salesforce platform.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
  • Provide advanced support to Salesforce users, resolving issues related to system functionality, integrations, and customizations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, working closely with the IT team as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and escalations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and other key Salesforce tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and upgrades.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and third-party applications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud) is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools is a plus.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
