Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cath Lab
Job Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Days - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible schedule)

Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Experience: Minimum of 3 years

License: RN License

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Must-Have: RN with Interventional Radiology experience preferred, Minimum of 2 years of experience, Nursys Report (within 30 days)

Job Description:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (12-15 days per week and every other weekend per month) as needed
- Use the Epic charting system effectively for patient documentation
- Wear any color scrubs, with hospital-provided options available
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Maintain current certifications and seek continuous professional development opportunities
