Position: People Business Partner
Salary Range: $75,000-95,000
Position Summary:
The People Business Partner will serve as a key partner in talent acquisition (up to 50%) and human resources generalist responsibilities. This hybrid role is essential to supporting the integration of Blue Sky Plumbing into Hoffmann Brothers' culture, processes, and practices. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and strategic, helping to redefine organizational structure, develop competitive compensation profiles and bonus programs, oversee integration activities, and implement an annual performance review process. This role will also support talent acquisition initiatives for the Hoffmann Brothers brand in St. Louis MO and Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (up to 50%)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and manage full-cycle recruitment primarily for Blue Sky Plumbing.
- Source and attract top talent through a variety of channels, ensuring alignment with Hoffmann Brothers' culture and values.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Assist with onboarding processes to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.
- Facilitate weekly onboarding for new team members.
HR Generalist Duties
- Lead the 2025 initiative to redefine the organizational structure for Blue Sky Plumbing, ensuring scalability and alignment with Hoffmann Brothers' objectives.
- Design and implement compensation profiles and bonus programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive integration activities, fostering a smooth transition into Hoffmann Brothers' culture and practices.
- Develop and roll out an annual performance review process that supports growth, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Provide day-to-day People support, including employee relations, policy guidance, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to address team development, training needs, and succession planning.
- Provide onsite benefits and payroll support.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the People team at Hoffmann Brothers to align practices, policies, and systems.
- Partner with managers and leaders to ensure the People strategy supports the company's goals and growth trajectory.
Qualifications
- 3-6+ years of HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a hybrid role.
- Experience in organizational design, compensation planning, or integration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; experience with implementation or process improvement is a plus.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
- Office environment using standard office equipment and light lifting requirements.
- Extended periods of sitting, wearing a headset and using a computer.
