Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide and develop the engineering team, prioritizing work and fostering professional growth.
- Capital Projects: Oversee equipment purchases, installations, and training, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with plant management to identify and implement production efficiency improvements.
- Product Support: Partner with Marketing and R&D to bring new products to market.
- Maintenance Oversight: Develop standardized maintenance systems and support technicians with troubleshooting and improvements.
- Strategic Planning: Drive long-range technical initiatives and maintain alignment with business goals.

- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong background in food safety, hygienic design, and compliance with regulatory standards.
