Cloud Solutions Architect IV
IntePros is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect IV to produce architecture blueprints guiding the development and implementation of cloud solutions across multiple products. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams during project delivery to ensure implementations align with technology and product roadmaps.

Responsibilities:
Create solutions and present compelling recommendations to customers.
Define operational procedures and practices.
Establish KPIs and set up health-checks, monitoring, and escalation procedures.
Accelerate development for roadmap features based on specific customer requirements.
Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout projects and develop mitigation measures.
Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing through contributions to the knowledge base, blogs, and training sessions.
Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices; mentor and coach the internal team.
Work closely with Product Management and Engineering to review customer requirements and feedback, identifying opportunities for platform enhancements.

What are the top MUST HAVE skill sets (technical) that are required?
  • Cloud Solutions Expertise: Extensive experience with enterprise cloud solutions, including public, private, and hybrid clouds (AWS, OpenStack, VMware).
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, SSL, HTTP), infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and management.
What are top three PREFERRED skill sets (technical)?
Professional Cloud Solutions Architect (PCSA) Certification.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana).

Compensation: $86-$96/hr W2
