This employee is responsible for driving, managing, and maintaining overall asset and inventory management for the company.

JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develops and leads projects implementing inventory management practices to improve overall utilization of assets, reducing CAPEX spend
  • Works with Director, Center Optimization to reduce field locations, operational expenses, OT, deliveries, and other projects to improve profitability
  • Responsible for improving processes by identifying and implementing new applications, system enhancements/hard stops/changes, work flow modifications, etc.
  • Performs ROI and Cost/Benefit analysis of new opportunities and present findings
  • Evaluates location footprint and identifies opportunities for consolidations
  • Implements Asset and inventory management system
  • Evaluates current order management system and implements changes to reduce wastes in the system
  • Monitors and manages CAPEX spend to meet budget targets
  • Communicates asset/CAPEX status to Sr Leaders
  • Develops and follows through on special projects designed to improve overall asset management
  • Participates in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changes
  • Identifies issues as they arise
    • facilitate resolution of issues
    • escalate to relevance as needed
  • Monitors projects against implementation schedules
  • Tracks costs of implementation against budget


Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred

Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of operations/logistics management preferred
  • Healthcare industry background is a bonus
  • Strong background in analytical consulting, data science, or related field
  • Managing teams to meet and exceed client and account objectives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Analytical excellence
  • Advanced in Excel, Oracle, and/or Tableau
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and planning
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written required
  • Business acumen, including financial management and planning
    • must be able to manage within budget constraints
  • Analyzing data/problems and developing effective response actions
  • Superior client relationship development and teamwork mindset
  • Computer proficiency with MS Office and Sharepoint
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation
  • Willingness to travel as needed
