Job Summary and Qualifications

As West Florida Division Director, Culture and Values you will provide visionary leadership and direction in developing, implementing, and managing strategic initiatives to support HCA Healthcare's commitment to providing the best possible care for our patients, unlocking opportunities for talent, and improving the health of our communities. You will lead efforts across one or more divisions and coordinate division Culture and Values council operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leads efforts across one or more divisions; provides strategic oversight and is responsible for ongoing operations of division and facility Culture and Values councils and committees
• Leads annual planning and goal setting in conjunction with division and facility leaders, monitors progress and performance for Culture and Values assigned portfolio
• Serves as an advisor, bridge builder, strategic leader and partner, enabling leaders across divisions to identify and execute initiatives to effect lasting organizational changes
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive change and influence stakeholders
• Represents division efforts with partners, suppliers, and community
• Serves as partner to HR/Ethics and Compliance on matters related to the Culture and Values strategy
• Identifies education needs and contributes to development of programs
• Proficiency and experience in delivering training programs to foster a culture of respect
• Drives execution of key Culture and Values projects and initiatives across divisions including planning, delivery, and evaluation
• Responsible for the coordination and oversight of colleague network operations
• Responsible for coordinating with other division leaders to drive accountability - HR, ECO, Supply Chain, CMO / CNE, Community Engagement, Facility Leaders
• Lead actions to reduce health disparities and inequities in patient care
• Collaborates with talent acquisition to enhance talent pipeline
• Partners with HR and L&OD to integrate Culture and Values initiatives into engagement, retention, and development strategies
• In conjunction with other division leaders, contributes to local supplier efforts, to workforce development partnerships, and to engagement with local chapters of national partner organization

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in diversity and inclusion, human resources or related fields required.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare-related industry preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in leading large scale change efforts or strategic programs preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Strategic Planning and Group Facilitation preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Program development and execution preferred.
• The job may require up to 50% travel.
