Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Vice President of MHRS, the Operations Project Manager provides senior-level support and direction for all divisional programs, with a focus on compliance with Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) licensure and contractual requirements, budgetary oversight, housing operations, community relations, and project management. This role involves coordinating operational processes, analyzing data, managing projects, and ensuring compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Vice President of MHRS, the Operations Project Manager provides senior-level support and direction for all divisional programs, with a focus on compliance with Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) licensure and contractual requirements, budgetary oversight, housing operations, community relations, and project management. This role involves coordinating operational processes, analyzing data, managing projects, and ensuring compliance while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with applicable licensing requirements across all divisional programs.
- Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and legal regulations governing service delivery.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust staffing and expense budgets to align with operational needs.
- Support Program Managers and staff in preparing for licensing reviews, managing onsite inspections, and coordinating responses to findings.
- Oversee ongoing regulatory compliance and address identified deficiencies through continuous monitoring and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Real Estate representatives, DMH, and subsidy agents to manage rental subsidy programs for MHRS clients.
- Supervise Housing Coordinators to ensure effective housing operations and client support.
- Manage divisional contingency funds and oversee financial allocations for all contracts.
- Plan and implement physical operations for new residences and programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Utilize technical and IT expertise to manage and analyze data, maintain databases, and resolve technical challenges.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, offering strategic recommendations.
- Draft, edit, and present a variety of written materials, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the Vice President of MHRS and internal/external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
- Perform data analysis using advanced tools to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making.
- Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate performance metrics effectively.
- Execute additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related human services field required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory experience in program operations, including budgeting, compliance, and staffing required.
- Proven expertise in operations management, project coordination, and data analysis.
- Strong technical and IT proficiency, including experience with data analysis software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of financial management principles, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong interpersonal and public relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Superior organizational and time-management capabilities.
