An HBM Design Program Manager is responsible for the design development of HBM products from the planning stage through tapeout and subsequently as stakeholder in the Product development team(PDT). In this position, the individual will also be responsible for achieving the design targets (schedule, quality, manufacturing readiness and budget), and for advising the Design Development Team (DDT). You will actively participate in the in Stage Gate (SG) reviews of the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process.
*This position will be a hybrid role located in Dallas, TX, Boise, ID, or Folsom, CA

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$133,000.00 - $244,000.00
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.

What's Encouraged Daily:
- Develop and publish a ProChain like schedule. Supervise the plan throughout the project. Drive and supervise required actions and follow ups especially when the execution of the project is off schedule.
- Set up and advise a Design Development Team (DDT). Regular meetings (weekly or more frequently) of the DDT to supervise the progress of the project and to drive project execution.
- Identify and quickly make decisions. Advance decisions that are beyond the scope of the DDT in a timely fashion.
- Ongoing and active risk and change request management.
- Drive through final layer tapeout as well as hand-off to PDT according to the handoff process.
- Regular (weekly) reporting of the program status to leadership. Coordinate and lead report outs at work reviews and program reviews.
- Drive lessons learned workshops to ensure proliferation of knowledge and standard methodologies across the products as part of continuous improvement.
How To Qualify:
- Have 8+ years of experience in semiconductors
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience" in a relevant field.
- Should have worked in a program management function before and are able to drive sophisticated development projects,
- Have an engineering background in semiconductor industry, ideally a good understanding of memory product development.
What Sets You Apart:
- 5+ years of semiconductor product/program development/management experience
- Knowledge of DRAM operation, preferably with the HBM product family.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Can travel domestically and internationally, as well as be able to work with team members across the globe and in multiple time zones.
- Are self-aligned, outspoken, and able to get things done following a structured approach,
- Have a good presence in meetings and excellent presentation skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to convey sophisticated technical concepts to other design peers in verbal and written form
- Having an innovative approach that is open to improving upon any of our processes or products.
