Branch Manager - White Bear Lake

APi Garage Door has an opening for a Branch Manager at our Twin City Garage Door location in White Bear Lake, MN. The main objective of this role is to lead, strategically guide, coordinate, support, and supervise the branch. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for branch Team in alignment with company core values
• Demonstrate leadership skills that drive a high performing Team with effective communication, conflict resolution, modeling behavior and Team development
• Creating, maintaining, and consistently ensuring an exceptional customer experience by working with Team members, customers, and vendors
• Drive business forward and grow the branch by developing and implementing strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the area, while building strong external customer and vendor relationships
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
• Analyze monthly financial reports, plan and follow a budget
• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs
• Grow your branch team by participating in the hiring and training of new Team Members
• Build strong internal relationships with your Team through regular feedback, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance reviews
• Enforce existing and further develop standards and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services
• Promote safety above all else. Set the team up for success with the proper equipment and perform routine onsite safety audits of the field Team
• Review and approve payroll
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of previous leadership experience (preferred)
• Sales Manager experience with a "hunter" mentality
• Ability to successfully handle multiple challengers, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized to meet aggressive deadlines
• Successful track record for sales growth and business development
• Ability to lead projects
